ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Content Creator, Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for designing compelling digital learning content and administering the LMS to support and enhance the organization’s e-learning initiatives. This role combines creative content production with technical proficiency in LMS administration, ensuring a seamless user experience and regulatory compliance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- LMS Administration
- Administer and optimize the LMS platform, ensuring system functionality and user accessibility.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards in all learning materials and system records.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot LMS issues, and assist employees on effective LMS use.
- Monitor training progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Content Development:
- Design, create, and update engaging e-learning modules, courses, and assessments for the LMS using various authoring tools for targeted audiences (e.g., Colossyan).
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, including generating personalized learning paths, automating assessments, and providing adaptive learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and transform complex concepts into digestible, interactive learning content.
- Ensure content is aligned with learning objectives, company policies, and compliance
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Review, update, and manage eLearning content within the LMS for accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and system reference guides for LMS users.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content quality and instructional effectiveness.
- Multimedia Integration:
- Incorporate multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics, animations) into e-learning content to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Edit and optimize video/audio recordings and create visual assets as necessary to support training materials.
- Ensure all content is mobile-responsive and accessible in compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- LMS:
- Upload and organize courses, training materials, and assessments within the Learning Management
- Create learning paths, curricula, and certifications for employees based on learning goals and business needs.
- Troubleshoot content issues within the LMS, ensuring functionality across different browsers, devices, and user groups.
- Assessment & Evaluation:
- Develop quizzes, tests, and assessments to evaluate learners’ understanding and retention of the training material.
- Collect and analyze feedback from learners to continuously improve content
- Monitor learner performance and engagement through the LMS reporting tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and instructional design best
- Suggest and implement new ways to enhance the learning experience and improve the organization’s LMS content library.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A certification in e-learning design or instructional design is a
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in e-learning content creation, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools such as Colossyan, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software.
- Experience in multimedia content creation, including video editing and graphic design, is
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create content that is engaging, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia
- Knowledge of Basic HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), SQL, and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of learning theories, adult learning principles, and e-learning best
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
